Independent CPA report on the fair presentation of financial statements in conformity with GAAP. 4. Management Letter on Internal Controls and Recommendations. 5. Immediate written report of any irregularities or illegal acts to the City’s governing Board. The audits must comply with standards set by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and other relevant authorities. The auditor will also provide additional consulting services as needed regarding governmental accounting standards.
