Background The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM) is conducting market research to identify interested parties capable of supporting the requirement for Integrated Commercial Intrusion Detection System (ICIDS) Monitoring, Maintenance, Repair, Administration, and Survey. This contract encompasses services at JBLM, including Yakima Training Center (YTC), McChord Field (MF), and Camp Murray (CM), WA. The goal is to procure these services competitively. Work Details The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, labor, materials, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to monitor, maintain, repair, replace, survey, and manage the current JBLM Integrated Commercial Intrusion Detection System (ICIDS V) Architectural Platform system to ensure 100% operational status. Services include: - Monitoring and responding to alarm events; - Maintaining hardware and software associated with Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) equipment; - Providing surveys and cost estimates for new accounts; - Ensuring compatibility of new equipment with existing systems; - Administering all IDS/EACS/CCTV components; - Performing scheduled maintenance and unscheduled repairs; - Managing security zones as defined in Technical Exhibits; - Ensuring primary and secondary monitoring workstations are operational; - Submitting detailed reports for repairs and maintenance; - Adhering to security requirements including personnel clearances; - Maintaining documentation of site conditions. Period of Performance The period of performance includes a 1-year base period with four 1-year option periods.
