The goal of the contract is to enhance dental care access for children in Michigan. The term of this contract is five years, with up to three renewal options. Work Details The awarded contractor, Delta Dental Plan of Michigan, Inc., will provide comprehensive dental services under the Healthy Kids Dental Program. This includes establishing a provider network that meets adequacy standards across various specialties such as general dentistry, endodontics, oral surgery, periodontics, prosthodontics, and pediatric dentistry. The contractor must ensure quality program reporting and compliance with statutory financial requirements as set forth in the Michigan Insurance Code. Period of Performance The contract will be performed over a five-year period starting from the award date, with options for up to three additional years based on performance and mutual agreement. Place of Performance The services will be provided throughout the state of Michigan, covering all counties as specified in the proposal requirements.
