Work Details The contractor will provide management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment necessary for the following tasks: 1. Supply and service standard and wheelchair accessible portable toilets at four locations: Old Rag Parking, White Oak Canyon Parking, Post Office Junction, and Beagle Gap Parking. 2. Ensure regular cleaning services twice a week on specified days (Mondays and Fridays) for all units. 3. Provide additional cleaning services on Saturdays from September 1 to November 30 each year for certain units. 4. Maintain units in good condition, ensuring they are clean and equipped with necessary supplies such as toilet paper and chemicals for waste breakdown. 5. Units must be weatherproof, leak-proof, anchored securely to prevent tipping, and constructed from durable materials like fiberglass. 6. The contractor is responsible for repairs due to vandalism or other damages beyond their control.
