Interested sources are invited to respond to this sources sought announcement by submitting the following:

1) Contractor Information

2) Size of Business

Large or small business. If small, please provide the socioeconomic status. 3) A brief description of the capability, resources, technical competencies and organizational experience relative to the description of requirement. Standard brochures and/or paraphrasing of the Draft DOR will not be considered sufficient to demonstrate the capabilities of an interested party. Background The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ) is seeking sources to identify qualified businesses capable of fulfilling the requirements outlined in the draft description of requirements (DOR). The Southeast Regional Maintenance Center (SERMC) is a key organization providing maintenance, modernization, and technical expertise for U.S. Navy ships, as well as services to foreign navies. SERMC emphasizes high-quality maintenance and customer service, supported by various partner commands. Work Details The contract requires the delivery of 3 units of a Transformer with the following specifications: - 25KVA - 450/450V - 1PH - 400HZ - 4B The transformers must be enclosed in a drip-proof enclosure and include back mounting. The required delivery date is 34 weeks after receipt of order (ARO). Delivery will take place at Naval Station Mayport, Southeast Regional Maintenance Center (SERMC), Building 1488 Massey Avenue, Mayport, FL 32228. Offloading should occur at the northwest corner of the compound. Special delivery instructions state that deliveries must occur during core business hours from 0800 AM to 1530 PM EDT on weekdays only; no after-hours or weekend deliveries are permitted.
