Background The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (FLCN) is seeking information to identify potential sources for providing contractor support for Spill Field Response Team (FRT) Training at the Naval Safety and Environmental Training Center (NAVSAFENVTRACEN) in Norfolk, VA. This initiative aims to enhance the training capabilities related to environmental and emergency management courses, ensuring compliance with safety protocols during oil spill responses. The anticipated contract will be an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) with Firm, Fixed-Price provisions, following a previous contract awarded to LRS Gryphon JV LLC. Work Details The contractor shall provide comprehensive training services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
