Janitorial Services for Various Park Commission Locations

The Morris County Park Commission is seeking bids for janitorial services across various locations. Bids must be submitted in a sealed package with the bidder's name and address, clearly marked with the solicitation title and number. Bids will be opened publicly on March 13, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at the Morris County Park Commission Administration Building. A non-mandatory pre-bid on-site visit is scheduled for February 25, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., and attendance is highly recommended. Bidders are encouraged to mail their responses, as in-person delivery is limited to the bid opening time. All bids must include a surety in the form of a Bid Bond, Certified Check, or Cashier's Check for 10% of the total bid, not exceeding $20,000. The successful bidder will also need to provide a Performance Bond for 100% of the total bid. Compliance with specific state statutes is required.
