Background This contract is for non-personal custodial services for the U.S. Army Soldier Systems Center (NSSC) located in Natick, MA. The goal is to establish performance-based and results-oriented work requirements, allowing the Contractor to determine the most cost-effective methods to fulfill custodial needs while emphasizing innovation and commercial best practices. Work Details The Contractor shall provide custodial services for approximately 78 acres and 50 buildings at the NSSC. The services required include but are not limited to: general cleaning, restroom sanitation, floor care, waste management, and other janitorial tasks as detailed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Contractor must demonstrate capability and past performance in similar work, ensuring all items specified in the PWS are covered. Proposals that do not address all items will be deemed non-responsive. Place of Performance The contract will be performed at the U.S. Army Soldier Systems Center (NSSC) located in Natick, MA.
