Work Details The vendor shall provide the following fitness equipment: 1. Hoist Mi7 Smith Ensemble Functional Training System - 2 units 2. 50 LB Silent Steel Weight Stack Upgrade (set of 2 WT-S50-UP) - 2 units 3. Hoist Fitness 7 Position F.I.D. Bench - 2 units 4. Hoist Olympic Weight Tree - 2 units 5. Tag Rubber Plate 255 LB Set - 2 sets (includes: 2EA: 2.5 lb., 10 lb., 25 lb., 35 lb., and 45 lb.; and 4EA: 5 lb.) 6. Vision Fitness T600 Treadmill - 2 units. The vendor is responsible for delivery, assembly, and installation of the equipment at the District’s designated location, adhering to manufacturer specifications and industry standards. Period of Performance The contract performance period begins upon award and continues until all equipment has been delivered, assembled, and installed as specified. Place of Performance The equipment will be delivered to the Center for Advanced Technical Studies located at School District 5 of Lexington & Richland Counties, Irmo, SC. Bidder Requirements Vendors must submit an itemized quotation on the attached quotation form, including unit pricing and availability information for all required equipment.
