Background The Sherwood Forest Mint Hill ETJ Project is initiated by Mecklenburg County Storm Water Services, aimed at improving infrastructure in the Mint Hill Extraterritorial Jurisdiction (ETJ) area of Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
