HVAC Construction Contract for Joseph's House HUB Reconfiguration

Joseph's House, located at 555 Atlantic Avenue, Camden, New Jersey, is seeking sealed bids for a HVAC Construction Contract for the Joseph's House HUB Reconfiguration project, which is to be completed in the Spring of 2026. Sealed bids must be addressed to Kevin Moran and clearly marked with the bidder's name and the project name. Bids are due at Joseph's House by 2:00 pm on February 20, 2026. Please note that faxed bids will not be accepted. Bid documents will be available for email distribution starting February 5, 2026, from Blackney Hayes Architects, located at 1100 Ludlow Street, Suite 302, Philadelphia, PA 19107.
