The Massachusetts Air National Guard has a requirement for the development of an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for multiple 400 HZ / 270 VDC Combination Aircraft Power Converters (Ground Power Unit): Requirement Description: Input: 480 V, 3-phase, 60 Hz Solid State Frequency Converter Output 1: 400 Hz, 3-phase, 4-wire Output 2: 270 VDC, 72 kW Stand for Fixed Mount (18" clearance) Aircraft Cable Rack Output Cable, 270VDC, F35, Low Impedance, 70 Ft #2, 4-conductor input cable 152 amps (20ft) The solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed Price single award IDIQ Contract. This requirement will be a 100% set aside for small businesses. The solicitation, W50S81-25-Q-A013, and attachments will be released on SAM.gov on or about 19 August 2025.
