Background The Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) is issuing this solicitation for kitchen equipment to support the Turtle Mountain Elementary School located in Belcourt, ND. The pricing structure is firm-fixed and all-inclusive, covering all costs such as taxes, shipping, handling, and any other fees necessary for completion.
