THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY The purpose of this Sources Sought is to conduct market research to procure Brand Name or Equal Rauland Responder 5 Nurse Call System. This notice serves to survey the market to ascertain whether-or-not sources are capable of providing the requested supply/services. You must be an Authorized Distributor for Ametek, or you must be an Authorized Distributor for the manufacture of an equal product if not the manufacture. IMPORTANT: If you offer an equal product, you will be required to come to Iowa City VA Health Care System and demonstrate your equal equipment s ability to work with the existing established Rauland equipment (35%). This demonstration shall be conducted at the time of solicitation, and a date shall be set through the solicitation period of performance. This notice also allows potential contractors/vendors to submit a non-binding statement of interest and documentation demonstrating their capability. Please review the DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW) to compare your supply/service to what is requested. Complete the line-items below and submit any documentation supporting your product/service for consideration. The Small Business Administration (SBA) Size Standard for this request is 1,250 employees. Responses to this notice, will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to this notice, a solicitation announcement may be published.
