Background The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), specifically the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC), is conducting a market survey to identify potential sources for the installation of Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) Data Drops and Power Outlets at the Clement J. Zablocki Medical Center in Milwaukee, WI. This project aims to enhance the medical center's infrastructure to support improved healthcare delivery. Work Details The contractor will provide construction services for Project # 695-26-702, which includes: - Installation of 8 CAT6A duplex receptacle data drops and 8 duplex emergency power outlets on the 2nd floor of Building 111 and the 1st floor of Building 146 at the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center. - Integration of CAT6A wiring into existing VA network switches and connection of 120VAC power to existing electrical panels. - Use of Government-Furnished Equipment (GFE) including Oracle Connectivity Engines (OCE), Tracking Boards, and Tracking Board PCs, with specific locations and quantities detailed in attached drawings. - Coordination of extensive outages prior to each installation. - Completion of all work within 90 calendar days after receiving Notice to Proceed (NTP), with a total project completion timeframe not exceeding 120 days post-NTP. - Submission of various plans during pre-construction phases including Logistics Plan, Construction Security Plan, Construction Phasing Plan, among others.
