Background Cobb County is soliciting bids for the purchase of traffic signal equipment to support its Department of Transportation. All equipment must conform to GDOT specifications, including but not limited to 2070 controllers and conflict monitors compatible with Intelight Maxview software. Documentation packages must accompany each equipment order, detailing parts identification, replacement guides, schematics, installation procedures, maintenance procedures, and operation manuals. Period of Performance The contract will be effective for a period of one year from the date of award, with options for two additional one-year renewals. Place of Performance The equipment will be delivered to 1828 West Oak Parkway, Marietta, GA 30062. Bidder Requirements Bidders must provide a statement of qualifications with their bid submission, including a letter of compliance confirming adherence to specifications. Bidders are required to have a valid Cobb County occupation tax certificate if maintaining an office within Cobb County's unincorporated area. Additionally, all general contractors must possess a current valid license from the State Licensing Board for Residential and General Contractors.
