Background The Louisiana Air National Guard (LA ANG) is seeking to procure non-personal services to provide Wing Drug Demand Reduction Program Managers (WDDRPM) and Adjunct Drug Testing Program Administrative Managers (DTPAM). This initiative aims to support the Drug Demand Reduction Program (DDRP) by ensuring compliance with Department of Defense requirements for drug testing and specimen collection. Work Details The contractor shall provide one WDDRPM, one Adjunct DTPAM, and three DTPAMs for each scheduled testing day. Responsibilities include: 1. Observing the DDRP conducted in accordance with DAFMAN 44-197 and AFMAN 44-198; 2. Ensuring that observers receive training from the WDDRPM or DTPAM prior to testing; 3. Maintaining visual contact with the collection container during specimen collection; 4. Signing and initialing official drug testing documents; 5. Meeting all deadlines outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS); 6. Providing deliverables such as training certificates within specified timeframes. Place of Performance The contract will be performed at multiple locations including: 159 FW/214 EIS (Belle Chasse, LA), JFHQ/CAOS (New Orleans, LA), and 236 CBCS (Hammond, LA).
