THE WORK CONSISTS OF

Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform vegetation control services on approximately one hundred and six (106) acres within the Otter Brook Lake and Surry Mountain Lake flood control project areas. The Government may choose to exercise optional tasks that include additional vegetation control services on an additional one hundred seventeen (117) acres. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561730 with a Small Business Size Standard of $9.5 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
