Performing all Newborn Lab testing and reporting normal test results within seven working days. 3. Managing all aspects of service delivery including planning, administration, supervision, personnel management, and compliance with federal and state laws and regulations. 4. Compiling historical data and preparing required reports as specified in the contract. 5. Ensuring that laboratory facilities meet all necessary state and federal standards for accreditation and licensing. 6. Maintaining quality control measures to meet contract requirements regarding quality and timeliness of service delivery. 7. Reporting abnormal test results immediately by telephone to the physician of record or designated consultants.
