Work Details The contractor will provide a SaaS solution that includes the following functionalities: - Incident Management: An electronic incident command system (ICS) compliant with the National Incident Management System (NIMS) framework. - Development of Forms and Surveys: Ability to create customizable forms for one-time or recurring use, with features for data tracking and analysis. - User-Friendly Features: Customizable forms, surveys, radio buttons, check boxes, and shareable data dashboards. - System Registry and Management: A centralized registry for building forms and managing information including member profiles and integration capabilities with HR systems. - Communication Support: Tools for quick contact with individuals or groups during incidents. - Permissions & Access Control: Ensuring only authorized users can access sensitive information. - Patient Tracking: An electronic system for tracking triaged patients in mass casualty situations. - Bed Availability Tracking: A system to track hospital bed types available daily by facility.
