Vendor Performance Requirements

HIARNG's unclassified network has two primary locations and (13) Armories to connect. Current vendor connects our HIARNG locations using wired IP Data service (MPLS). The design and service needs to have high availability, flexibility, redundant, scalability, secure, and survivability. - Scalability - Allows for increased bandwidth as requried. - Redundant - All sites will have full mesh connections to each other. - Security - Utilized newer updated software and hardware components to minimize threats to network. - Vendor owned private MPLS backbone. - Flexibility - Fast provisioning, with certified installers invluded and the ability to quickly support advancements and technology trends - QoS enabled to priotitize applications. - Survivability - Continuing verified and monitered service i.e. ping failures. - Vendor to ensure continued operations with backup systems. - Full meshed, converged network. - Availability - Reliable service over a vendor owned private MPLS backbone with a Service LEvel Guarantee 99.99% This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR PArt 6.302-1 and 13.106-1(b)(1) soliciting from a single source. The NAICS code is 517111 and has a size standard of 1500 employees for this procurement. THis notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 1000AM HST FEB 27 2026 to emma.a.newbegin.civ@army.mil. Responses received will be evaluated; however a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is soley within the discretion of the Governmnet. This notice does not obligate the Governmnet to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in response. The Governmnet reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate.
