Posted: Feb. 11, 2026, 1:24 p.m. EST The Government has a requirement for preventative maintenance (PM), hot and cold inspections, temperature uniformity surveys, system accuracy test (i.e. instrument/thermocouple combination), calibration documentation, technical support and emergency repair for the government owned furnace systems located in building 128 at the Anniston Army Depot in accordance with the Statement of Work. North American Industry Classification System Code is 333994. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502, 5.102(a); therefore, hard copies will not be provided. Proposals submitted must be in electronic format as stated in the solicitation. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the Internet: http://www.sam.gov. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is, in fact, unable to maintain a bidder?s mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal non-responsive and result in the rejection of your proposal. All questions need to be submitted in writing via email to the point of contact no later than Monday, 23 February 2026 at 10:00 AM CST. The solicitation will close Monday, 9 March 2026 at 10:00 AM CST. All solicitation responses must be submitted through the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module.
