Background The Montgomery County Commission is seeking bids for the printing and mailing of vehicle/trailer and vessel renewal notices for the Probate Office. The vendor must utilize current technology for postal automation, ensuring that notices are sorted at the highest discounted rate by the USPS. The contract prohibits subcontracting; all services must be performed in-house. Additionally, the vendor must provide a secure File Transfer Protocol (FTP) solution for data transmission, maintain confidentiality of records, and have a comprehensive disaster recovery plan. The successful bidder will also need to provide documentation of insurance coverage as specified in the solicitation.
