Intent to Sole Source: The Government plans to issue a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 6.103 and Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulation (VAAR) 819.7008 Sole Source Awards to Verified SDVOSBs, which authorizes direct contracting with SDVOSBs.
