Background The Horry County School District Procurement Office is seeking proposals for a K-12 Family Engagement & Communication Platform. This initiative aims to enhance communication with families regarding literacy campaigns and attendance interventions, specifically targeting the mailing of Literacy Campaign Letters and Attendance Intervention notifications. Work Details The contract involves providing a K-12 Family Engagement & Communication Platform that includes: - Mailing of three literacy campaign letters (Fall, Winter, Spring) for 33,000 students in grades K-8. - Attendance Intervention hybrid notifications for 48,000 students across all 59 sites, estimated at 140,000 mailings including notifications for unexcused absences, excused absences, conference reminders, and leadership letters. - Provision of help desk support and training as part of ongoing services. - All costs must be detailed in the cost proposal template provided in the RFP. Period of Performance The contract is expected to start on April 1, 2026, and will run until March 31, 2031. It includes one initial year with four optional one-year renewals, allowing a maximum potential contract life of five years. Place of Performance Services will be performed within the Horry County School District located in South Carolina.
