Temporary Staffing Services: Paraprofessionals, Department of Special Education

The Irvington Board of Education is seeking proposals for Temporary Staffing Services specifically for Paraprofessionals in the Department of Special Education for the 2025-2026 School Year. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope that clearly indicates the bidder's name, project name, proposal number, and the date and time of the bid opening. Bidders are encouraged to send their proposals via certified mail or overnight delivery to ensure timely delivery and confirmation. Please note that bids sent via facsimile or email will not be accepted. The public opening of bids will take place at 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, via a Google Meets link that will be provided at the time of bid distribution. It is important that all submissions meet the requirements outlined in the bid specifications, as incomplete submissions will not be considered. The Irvington Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all proposals in accordance with Public School Contract Law and other applicable regulations. Bidders should be aware that they cannot withdraw their bids for sixty (60) calendar days following the bid opening date. All proposals must comply with the provisions of P.L. 1977, c.33, which includes submitting a Statement of Corporate Ownership, a Non-Collusion Affidavit, and a State of New Jersey Business Registration Certificate, along with adherence to Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action laws. The Board will continue to conduct virtual bid openings until further notice, and participants must provide a valid email address when requesting bid documents. The Board reserves the right to award the bid in total, partially, or not at all.
