Background The Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools (MNPS) is seeking proposals to enhance its Professional Development for Teacher Pedagogy program. The goal is to foster a culture of continuous improvement in pedagogical practices, ensuring that MNPS teachers remain at the forefront of educational excellence. Work Details The contractor will provide training for MNPS teachers in General Instructional Pedagogy and Classroom Culture/Environment. The services will be requested via Purchase Order on an as-needed basis, with no minimum guarantee of goods or services. The contractor must have all necessary licenses and qualifications to perform under this contract. All deliveries must be made according to MNPS's written Purchase Orders, and if installation is required, it must be completed by the date specified in the Purchase Order. The contractor will also be responsible for data collection to demonstrate a return on investment (ROI) related to improved teaching practices and student outcomes. Period of Performance The contract term will begin upon execution and may extend up to sixty (60) months with proper amendments. Professional development services are expected to start immediately following the award. Place of Performance Services will be performed at various MNPS locations as determined by the needs of the schools. Bidder Requirements Contractors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including obtaining necessary insurance coverage naming MNPS as an additional insured.
