Work Details The project involves procuring, manufacturing, delivering, and installing all new office furniture including desks, cubicles, conference room furniture, lunchroom furniture, chairs, wardrobe lockers, and supporting storage shelves. Specific requirements include: - Administrative Building Room 2 (Lobby): Reception Counter with two 24” D x 72” W Reception Shells; three Guest Chairs; one Under desk lateral File; one File/File locking unit. - Administrative Building Room 3 (Admin Office): One Desk (Single Pedestal RH), one Adjustable Height Desk (Electric), one Credenza, one Overhead hutch with doors, one Tower wardrobe with file drawers. - Administrative Building Room 4 (Director’s Office): Similar to Room 3 with specified quantities. - Open Office: Two Adjustable Height Desks; two Desk Shells; various overhead hutch units and task chairs. - Maintenance Building includes similar specifications across various rooms including Foreman’s Office and Breakroom.
