The scope includes: - Preventive Maintenance and Water Treatment Service for various buildings including Building 110 (Heating Plant), Building 100 (Science and Technology), and Building B109 (Kitchen). - Services required include inspections, preventive maintenance per OEM schedules, system performance testing, water treatment monitoring, and structured reporting. - Equipment involved includes: - Boilers: Six Aerco Benchmark 3.0LN and two RBI 8800 Series. - Domestic Water Heat Exchangers: Two Aerco Smart Plate 69. - Water Softeners: Three GE Osmonics and Pentair units. - Reverse Osmosis System: One Pentair OptiPure. - Chemical Feed Systems: Two types including Cascade and Glycol Tank. - Cooling Tower: One EVAPCO AT-112-512. - Chiller: One Carrier unit. - Emergency call-back services are required 24/7 for all equipment listed, with specific response times outlined for initial contact and on-site technician dispatch.
