Renovations To Ruscitti Park Activity Center Building

This project includes selective demolition of interior finishes, wood frame walls, fixtures, wiring, ductwork, masonry walls to create new opening and exterior walls to create new window openings and door openings and includes asbestos abatement. New work includes installation of new accessible toilet, rooms, walls, doors. windows, new kitchen equipment, fixtures wiring, lighting, plumbing fixtures, piping, duct work and mechanical equipment.
