Background The New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Support Services. The goal of this contract is to assist the OMH workforce in navigating the PSLF program, which is crucial for public service employees who may lack the time and resources to manage federal loan forgiveness processes effectively. This initiative aims to enhance employee retention and reduce the burden associated with understanding and applying for PSLF.
