Work Details The contract requires the delivery of 1 Winch Test Stand with the following salient characteristics: - Model: 2005-WINCHTEST60HP or equal - Electric Motor: 60hp TEFC 364/5TC, 208-230/460, 3 phase, 60 Hz, 1800 rpm - Hydraulic Pump: Gear Pump with specifications of 3.19 c.i.r., capable of continuous pressure at 3500 psi and a flow rate of 23.6 gpm - Directional Control Valve: Single bank, rated for 4500 psi, with a two-position detent and built-in relief valve adjustable between 1800-3600 psi (set to 3500 psi) - Shut Off Valves: Two shut off valves rated for 4500 psi for in/out operations - Heat Exchanger: Electric fan-cooled, rated for 208-230/460, with a bypass pressure of 60 psi - Additional components include a 5000 psi pressure gauge, return line filter assembly, filter gauge, suction strainer, sight level gauge, suction cut-off valve, c-face pump/motor mount, and magnaloy coupling. The entire assembly must be mounted to a 120-gallon reservoir equipped with baffles and an extended deck along with all necessary adapter fittings and hoses to ensure operational capability.
