This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number is 15B61126Q00000010. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Please read it in its entirety. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-06. (iv) This solicitation is being issued as a total small business set-aside. The NAICS for this requirement is 311511 with a size standard of 700 employees. (v) The following items are required: Various Dairy and Bread items for the Federal Detention Center, SeaTac, WA, as detailed in the solicitation.
(vi) This solicitation is expected to result in a single award, of a firm-fixed price contract for dairy and bread items. Quantities listed in the solicitation are the estimated total quantities for the entire period of performance. There are no minimum or maximum quantities guaranteed. Background The U.S. Department of Justice, specifically the Federal Bureau of Prisons, is issuing this solicitation for the Federal Detention Center (FDC) SeaTac located in SeaTac, WA. The goal of this contract is to procure various dairy and bread items to support the facility's food service operations.
