Background The North Dakota Army National Guard (NDARNG) is seeking Medical Lab Testing Services in Bismarck, ND, to support the medical readiness of its Soldiers. The State Medical Detachment oversees these services as part of the overall medical readiness requirements for the NDNG. This contract aims to ensure that laboratory services are available to meet the needs of the Soldiers effectively. Work Details The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform Medical Laboratory Services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The services must be available 24/7, with a lab located in Bismarck, ND to facilitate expedited delivery of lab samples. The contractor is responsible for maintaining an adequate workforce for uninterrupted service and must ensure stability and continuity in staffing. Telework is not permitted for this requirement. The contractor must comply with all applicable statutes and executive orders. Period of Performance The contract will have a base period of performance of 12 months starting from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027, with four additional option years extending through March 31, 2031.
