Background The 910th Contracting Flight at Youngstown Air Reserve Station (ARS) in Vienna, OH intends to award a sole source purchase order to Monaco Enterprises Inc. for the preventative maintenance of Monaco Fire Alarm systems. This procurement is necessary to ensure that the fire alarm systems operate effectively and meet safety standards, aligning with the agency's mission to maintain operational readiness and safety. Work Details The contractor shall provide all personnel, tools, supervision, and normal wear and tear parts necessary for preventative maintenance and onsite repairs of Monaco workstations at Youngstown ARS. All scheduled maintenance must adhere to the manufacturer's specifications. Key tasks include: 1) Scheduled preventative maintenance with two visits annually; 2) Service calls initiated by the Fire Department for equipment issues; 3) Response to service calls within one business day; 4) Recommendations for upgrades/changes to the D-21 System; 5) Cleaning and verifying operation of internal/external components of D-21 PCs; 6) Printer service including checking ink/toner levels and ensuring correct drivers are installed; 7) Updating D-21 software to the latest applicable version; 8) Creating complete database backups and archiving as necessary; 9) Conducting system-wide polls from each RFM to test performance; 10) Checking UPS systems for load and battery status; and 11) Verifying network connectivity between all D-21 network computers. Place of Performance All work will be performed at Youngstown Air Reserve Station, Vienna, OH.
