Application of sealing and finishing materials to ensure durability and aesthetic coherence. Compliance with local building codes and accessibility standards. Final inspection to verify functional integrity, energy performance, and adherence to safety requirements. All work must be performed by licensed professionals in accordance with local building codes and regulations. All vendors must provide references and proof of proper insurance, including general liability coverage of at least $1 million and workers' compensation coverage. The City of Dunkirk, the State of New York, and the Housing Trust Fund Corporation must be listed as additional insured. Within 60 days of selection, the property/business owner will enter into a work contract with the lowest responsible vendor. If the property/business owner chooses a quote other than the lowest, reimbursement will be based on the amount of the lowest bid/proposal. Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBEs) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses (SDVOBs) are encouraged to submit quotes.
