Background The Naval Facilities Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (NAVFAC EXWC) is responsible for providing engineering and architectural services to support the Navy's mission. This Justification and Approval (J&A) seeks to extend the period of performance for Contract N39430-21-D-2302, which pertains to Water Tank Facilities Inspection (WTI) and Assessment services.
