Background The Naval Facilities Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (NAVFAC EXWC) is responsible for providing engineering and architectural services to support the Navy's mission. This Justification and Approval (J&A) seeks to extend the period of performance for Contract N39430-21-D-2302, which pertains to Water Tank Facilities Inspection (WTI) and Assessment services. The contract was awarded to Tank Industry Consultants, Inc. and is critical for maintaining operational readiness at various Department of Defense (DoD) water tank facilities. Work Details The contract encompasses Architect-Engineer (A-E) services under a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) framework.
