Work Details The contractor will provide an online training platform specifically for human resources compliance. The services include: - Development and implementation of a comprehensive online training solution tailored to MNPS's requirements. - The platform must support various training modules that address compliance topics relevant to MNPS employees. - The contractor will ensure that the platform is user-friendly and accessible, providing necessary support and maintenance throughout the contract term. - All services will be requested via Purchase Orders on an as-needed basis, with no minimum guarantee of goods or services ordered from the contractor. Period of Performance The contract term will begin on May 29, 2026, and end on May 28, 2031. The contract may be extended by written amendment executed by all parties but shall not exceed sixty (60) months without proper approvals. Place of Performance The services will be performed at the Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools facilities located in Nashville, Tennessee. Bidder Requirements Contractors must possess all necessary licenses, permissions, and certifications to perform under this contract. Additionally, contractors must comply with MNPS's insurance requirements which include general liability insurance, professional liability insurance, and workers' compensation insurance among others. Contractors are also required to facilitate criminal background checks for employees who will have contact with students.
