Background The Nevada Real Estate Division (NRED) is seeking qualified vendors to develop and instruct the continuing education course titled 'Trust Accounting Management and Compliance' (TAMC). This initiative aims to provide essential training for real estate licensees in northern and southern Nevada, aligning with the Division's mission to ensure compliance and enhance professional standards within the real estate industry. The course will be available in both in-person and live-stream formats, catering to the educational needs of real estate professionals across the state. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for developing and instructing the TAMC course, which includes: - Assisting in the development and updating of course content based on approved objectives, outlines, curriculum, PowerPoint presentations, and other materials provided by NRED. - Conducting up to 12 classes virtually and in-person at designated locations in Reno and Las Vegas. Each session will last three hours. - Submitting drafts of course materials to NRED for review and approval. - Utilizing their own equipment for course preparation while ensuring all content is owned by NRED. - Maintaining accurate attendance records, including sign-in sheets and evaluation forms, which must be submitted after each class. - Notifying NRED immediately if no attendees are present within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, leading to a cancellation reimbursement of $120 upon invoice submission. Period of Performance The contract will commence upon approval by the Clerk of the Board of Examiners and will remain effective through June 30, 2027. Place of Performance Classes will be conducted at designated locations in Reno and Las Vegas, as well as via live-stream.
