Background The Department of Veterans Affairs, through Network Contracting Office 16, is issuing this solicitation for Sober Living Residential Services in Houston, Texas. The goal of this contract is to provide necessary support services for veterans in a sober living environment, promoting recovery and reintegration into society. This solicitation has been amended to change from a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside to an unrestricted full and open market solicitation due to unacceptable offers received under the previous set-aside. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for providing sober living residential services that include but are not limited to: 1. Maintaining a safe and supportive environment conducive to recovery. 2. Providing access to counseling and support services tailored to the needs of veterans. 3. Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and standards for sober living facilities. 4. Facilitating group activities and programs that promote sobriety and personal development. 5.
