This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, following FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation: FY26MRZRMXBPA. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation is being issued as a Total Small Business set-aside, and the associated NAICS code is 441227 - Off-road all-terrain vehicles (ATVs), wheeled or tracked, dealers, Small Business Size Standard $40M. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items as well as non-personal services necessary to inspect and service of Polaris MRZR, Polaris MRZR-Alphas, Polaris Ranger XP Crew Cab, and Club Car Golf Cart. The Government intends to award at least one Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the services described herein and may award multiple BPAs with more than one supplier of the same type to provide maximum practicable competition. Background This solicitation is issued by the 6th Combat Training Squadron (CTS) under the 66th Weapons Squadron (WPS) as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or services. The purpose of this contract is to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the inspection and servicing of specific tactical vehicles, including Polaris MRZR, Polaris MRZR-Alphas, Polaris Ranger XP Crew Cab, and Club Car Golf Cart. This solicitation is set aside for Total Small Business participation. Work Details The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform non-personal services required for the inspection and servicing of the specified vehicles. This includes but is not limited to: - Conducting thorough inspections of each vehicle to ensure operational readiness. - Performing necessary maintenance and repairs as identified during inspections. - Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations during all service activities. - Providing documentation of services performed and any parts replaced or repaired. - Delivering services at Nellis AFB, Nevada with inspection and acceptance at FOB destination.
