The Scott Inn serves as the main lodging facility for Scott AFB with approximately 284 rooms and an annual guest count of around 50,000. This facility operates 24/7, necessitating reliable HVAC services. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for all labor, supervision, tools, materials (unless specified otherwise), equipment, and transportation necessary for the following tasks: 1. Preventative Maintenance (PM) - Quarterly and Annual PM services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). 2. Inspection - Regular inspections of HVAC systems to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. 3. Repair Services - Routine service calls for repairs on an as-needed basis with a flat rate per call. 4. Additional Work - Any additional work within scope will be billed at an established hourly rate for labor. All work must comply with applicable standards and regulations including safety protocols from OSHA and environmental directives regarding hazardous waste disposal. Period of Performance The estimated period of performance is from March 1, 2026, to February 28, 2027, with options for an additional year.
