Lost River Noxious Weed Abatement

The purpose of this contract is to provide noxious weed abatement on Federal lands and rights-of-way within the Klamath Project, in particular along the Lost River and Miller Creek in Klamath County, Oregon. Solicitation number 140R2026Q0028 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with FAR parts 13.5 and additional information included in this notice. The Bureau of Reclamation intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order for services represented in the Performance Work Statement. Development of a Work Plan detailing how and when work will be performed for approval by the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).
