Lead-Safe Home Remediation Program

Gateway Community Action Partnership is releasing a bid package for lead remediation and abatement for a duration of one year. This work is to be conducted in Cumberland, Gloucester, and Salem counties. The Bid Documents and Specifications can be examined and obtained at 110 Cohansey Street, Bridgeton, New Jersey, from Monday to Friday between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm, starting on February 3, 2026. Additionally, these documents are available immediately at www.gatewaycap.org/news. For further information, please contact Annette Coggins at (856) 451-6300. Sealed bids must be returned to the office by 11:00 AM on Monday, February 23, 2026. Bids submitted after this time and date will not be accepted. The sealed bids will be opened at that time. All prospective bidders should refer to the RFQ Bid package for submission and eligibility requirements.
