Background

The USDA Forest Service (FS), Procurement & Property Services (PPS), Northwest Zone, Contracting Service Area #1, is issuing this synopsis for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Call Order exceeding $25,000. The USDA's policy requires synopsis for BPA calls over this amount, even if a prior synopsis was done at the BPA level. The BPAs for Road Maintenance are located at USDA's Contract Portal and are set to expire on December 31, 2028. Work Details: The work involves the following construction tasks: - 27 miles of 811(3) Surface Maintenance Level Single Lane with Roller Compaction; - 30 cubic yards of 811(3) Surface Maintenance Level Single Lane with Roller Compaction; - 20 cubic yards of 832(1) Load, Haul, and Place Material; - 53 miles of Vegetation Maintenance and mobilization. Place of Performance: The construction projects will be performed in the High Cascades Ranger District.
