Background The Government is conducting market research to explore software alternatives to GitLab Ultimate. Estimated transition and training costs associated with onboarding the proposed solution. 6. Pricing plans including monthly, trial, annual options, and any discounts for long-term contracts or high-volume deployments. 7. Additional features or benefits of the alternative software that may be relevant. Place of Performance Responses are expected from vendors regardless of geographic location; however, the final solution may need to align with the agency's operational locations.
