Work Details The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to install five (5) mini-split HVAC units with condensers and evaporators mounted specifically for the Data Center Server room at WAPA's Desert Southwest Region facility in Phoenix, AZ. The work must be completed in strict accordance with the Statement of Work provided in the solicitation. The estimated project magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. Period of Performance The contract work is expected to commence within 10 calendar days after receiving the notice to proceed and must be completed within 30 calendar days thereafter.
