Background The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) is responsible for managing the National Wildlife Refuge System, which aims to provide a welcoming experience for recreational visitors while ensuring public safety and minimizing wildlife disturbance. This contract seeks to enhance the visitor experience through effective signage that communicates key messages, navigational assistance, and branding. The goal is to establish a uniform sign plan that adheres to national accessibility requirements and improves the aesthetic quality of signs across Service lands. Work Details The contract requires the fabrication and shipment of the following items: - Five (5) kiosk bases - Seven (7) interpretive panels, each measuring 36" x 48", made of Gel Coat Laminate (GCL), single-faced with a matte finish, square cut, and no holes. All panels will feature different designs. - Ten (10) aluminum brochure holders sized 5"w x 11"h x 3"d for 8.5" x 11" trifold brochures, with a top aluminum lid and powder-coated black finish. - Three (3) bases for interpretive signs, including various sizes and types as specified in the Statement of Work. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, supplies, and equipment necessary for completion. Period of Performance The period of performance for this contract is from the award date until April 28, 2026. Place of Performance The products will be delivered to Seney National Wildlife Refuge located at Refuge Entrance Road, Seney, MI 49883-9509.
