Background The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Division (SWD), Tulsa District (SWT) is issuing a commercial solicitation for round three (3) Gate Attendant Services aimed at supporting recreational facilities in the Northern and Red River Area within Oklahoma and Texas. The goal of this contract is to provide essential services at various lakes to enhance visitor experience and ensure proper management of these recreational areas. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for providing Gate Attendant Services at the following locations: - Hugo Lake (Kiamichi Park & Virgil Point) - Oologah Lake (Blue Creek & Hawthorn Bluff) - Keystone Lake - Canton Lake - Heyburn Lake - Skiatook Lake - Pine Creek Lake. Specific tasks include monitoring park entrance points, collecting fees, providing information to visitors, ensuring compliance with park rules and regulations, and maintaining cleanliness in the areas of responsibility. Period of Performance The contract will include one (1) base period followed by two (2) option periods, with performance anticipated to begin after the contract award date on or about April 7, 2026. Place of Performance The services will be performed at various lakes located in the Northern and Red River Area within Oklahoma and Texas.
