Background

The 101st Air Refueling Wing Contracting Office, located in Bangor, ME, intends to award a single source contract to Black River Systems Company, Inc. This contract is aimed at providing specialized equipment replacement for the NINJA Sustainment Package, which is critical for the operations of the Air National Guard. The NINJA system has been deployed at over 20 ANG bases and has been operational at Bangor ANG for the past five years. Black River Systems is recognized as the only source capable of delivering the required services due to the proprietary nature of their equipment. Work Details: The contract includes the following components: 1. BR4925R Ninja RFFE System 2. SS-365-SW-CS Ninja Annual Software Support, Library Updates, & Customer Service / Help Desk Support / Support Web-portal Access 3. SS-365-HW-GEN2 Ninja Gen2 System Hardware Warranty Extension (RMA Management, Factory Repairs) 4. SS-365-HW-TRX Ninja TRx System Hardware Warranty Extension (RMA Management, Factory Repairs). These components are essential for maintaining and upgrading the NINJA c-SUAS system, which is unique and highly specialized. Place of Performance: The products and services will be delivered and performed at various locations where the NINJA system is deployed, primarily at Air National Guard bases.
